Why are some products inquiry-only?
Agarwood and rosewood-family woods are listed under CITES Appendix II. Until export documentation is complete for an item and destination, it is available via wholesale inquiry only.
How should I store incense?
Keep it dry, away from direct sunlight, in a sealed container. Well-stored incense keeps its aroma for years.
Safety
Burn incense in a ventilated space, on a heat-safe holder, away from flammable materials, children and pets. Never leave burning incense unattended.
